Chiusura di un DB Access da Excel

Una cortesia. Io ho un file Excel che riceve dei dati da un DB di
Access e a sua volta esegue del codice. Quando chiudo il file di Excel
nel Auto_Close() vorrei far eseguire un pezzo di codice che mi
controlla e mi chiude il file mdb di access. Come posso fare? Grazie
