Hi there
Using Outlook 2002 SP2 on a Windows XP pro SP1 computer
connecting to a W2K exchange server.
There is only one outlook profile and it has been set to
always use this profile. (Properties of Outlook icon on
desktop).
When starting Outlook after the computer has been shutdown
it always prompts to choose profile. There is only one
option to choose under profile name. Once ok is selected
this does not reoccur until after the computer is
shutdown. Outlook opens even if nothing is selected, and
when you close Outlook the choose profile prompt is still
there.
I have recreated the outlook profile but this did not
help. The computer is a laptop and has a OST file setup.
This problem occurs when logging on connected and not
connected to the network.
Winfax is not installed (Noticed some MS documents
regarding this).
Please help if you can.
Thanks
Gavin
