When I want to send a new mail message to a recipient but I have many similar e-mail addresses; Is there a way to get a drop down menu to choose the appropriate address?
for example: (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), and I want to send only to one recipent, how can I be sure that I choosed the right e-mail address? I don't know if there are something to help me.

Entourage by default uses the account you set as default in the Accounts
window (under Tools in the Menu bar).

You can also set a preference in Entourage preferences > Reply & Forward to
"Reply using the default account". If this is checked Entourage will always
use the default account. If not checked it will reply using the address that
was used to send.

If you have IMAP or Exchange accounts, if you have select that account in
the folder window, Entourage will use that account.

Otherwise, you can select from the popup in the header the account you want
to use.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Diane,

When I wrote the message, I tried to say that, for example:
I want to send an e-mail to (e-mail address removed), but always I'm running because I have a lot of work to do, and instead of send to (e-mail address removed) I sent to ernestsecond@abc who is another guy. I undestand that if I go to my entorage preferences and I uncheck the recent address option, I will not have any automatic e-mail addresses, but also I want to keep all the recent e-mail addresses.
Do you know of there are some solutions to my doubt?
Regards

You indicated the address was a To not from one of your addresses. This is
totally confusing.

If you are talking about the autofill or Most Recently Used list, there is
nothing you can do about selecting the correct recipient other than checking
that you selected the right one.
