chopped off footer

I have a small logo in the footer of a Word document.
Version of Word is 2000. The operating system is Windows
NT. For some strange reason, the logo gets chopped off.
This problem can only be duplicated on a machine running
Windows NT. I cannot change the location or size of the
logo due to brand guideline restrictions. Any ideas?

Linda, have you tried setting your margins for header and
footer under..

File | Page Setup?

...also, check to ensure you have the most up-to-date
printer driver.

Even printing to the same printer, under a different OS you will be using a
different driver, which may have a different unprintable area. There is no
way around this except to find a better driver.
