Christmas Card list template

Is there a Christmas Card list template? I would like to be able to track
who I sent cards to over the years and who sent them to me. People used to
buy little books to keep track of this. I would like to hav it in my computer
since that is where I keep the list.

However, I would just set up the equivalent of graph paper in Excel, myself.
