It would halp if you provided a little more information. What are you having
trouble with? -- creating the labels, printing them, or sticking them on the
bags?

search box, type Christmas Gift Labels.
There are lots of templates set up for you there. All you need to do is get
the correct sized labels from your local stationery store.
