CicerolUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

Everytime I open Outlook 2003 I get this error with "The
procedure entry point_GetIUM@4 could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL" After I click OK
about 5 times, I finally get into Outlook. I've tried re-
installing. I can't find a subject on this. Any
suggestions??
