cicerouinndframe and wms st notif window stop responding upon exsiting Outlook03

when closing outlook for the day i get the following
errors,
1st is cicerouinndframe (not responding)
2nd after end task is wms st notif window (not responding)

Anyone elese with this issue? The install was over an
exsiting version of Office 10 if that helps.
