CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

Everytime I open Outlook I get (2) error messages pertaing to the above
subject - the first one says "The procedure entry point
RtlDuplicateUnicodeString could not be located in the dynamic link library
ntdll.dll." and the second one "The procedure entry point
RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter could not be located in the dynamic link library
ntdll.dll." Has anyone else had the error message? Did you solve or fix it?
and if so, How? Please email your repsonse to me @ (e-mail address removed).
