CiceroUIWndFrame

Cassie

I am having problemw with Outlook 2007. First there is an email stuck in my
inbox, unread that I cannot delete. In addition, after I have used Outlook
once, and then close, I cannot reopen without restarting my computer. When I
shutdown I am receiving an error message "CiceroUIWndFrame." I am reading
online that this is a problem with the Speech and Handwriting Recognition in
Office XP and the following directions have been provided to fix the problem.
However when I go to do this, there is no "Alternative User Input" file
under Office:

-Control Panel
-Add/Remove Programs
-Microsoft Office, click on the Change button
-Browse to Office Shared Features, Alternative User Input, and select for
Speech and Handwriting Recognition (both) Not available from the drop down
box.

Any other suggestions of what I can do?
