After using OutLook, closing it and then trying to re-
open it in the same session, I get the following error -
"CiceroUIWndFrame" and have to end the task, reboot and
start again. It only seems to appear when using Outlook
and I cannot find anything relating to it in the
Knowledge Base as it applies to Outlook

Cicero is the codename for ctfmon - the system manager for language input
mode services like speech, handwriting and far-eastern script editors.
Disabling ctfmon
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;282599) may assist.

For further assistance, please specify your Word and Windows versions, and
whether you are up to date with service packs for each.
