CiceroUIWndFrame...

Danielle

When I close outlook the process never goes away. I have to manually stop
the outlook.exe process in order to open Outlook back up. Then if I go to
reboot I get the CiceroUIWndFrame is not responding. This started soon
after upgrading Outlook 2002 to 2003. The rest of Office remains at 2002.
I have tried removing the speech/handwriting deal and also tried installing
MDAC 2.8 which I read might also fix the problem. Neither one fixed it.
Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks for your help.

Did you remove the speech recognition or simply disabled it?
Control Panel"
"Add/Remove Programs"
"Microsoft Office," click on the "Change" button
browse to "Office Shared Features," "Alternative User Input," and select for Speech
and Handwriting Recognition (both) "Not available" from the drop-down box.
