Circular Reference

Hello,

Can someone explain to me how "Circular Reference" work? I have say th
value 0.01 in the A1 cell...then I clicked on B1 cell and went to Tool
--> Toolbar ---> Circular Reference and the Circular Reference toolba
popped up and I entered the formula in the textbox but nothing happen
afterwards......am I doing something wrong?
