Circular Reference???

OK, I created an Energy Balace Chart to help me eat healthier and trac
my daily progress. Everything works as designed except for my Gran
Total column which I want to calculate once every 7 days. This is
sample of the formula I used
=IF(Q25=),"".(T18+Q25))

When I open the spread sheet I get this message...Cannot calculate
formula.Cell reference in the formula refer to the formula's resul
creating a circular reference.

Can someone please help??? :

You cannot put that formula in either Q25 or T18.
