I concur with Sco's comments.

In addition, you should know that you have exposed yourself to volumes of spam that you
will undoubtedly be receiving in the near future, since your return e-mail address is
plain as day in the header of your message! Spammers have software that trolls posted
messages for e-mail addresses. Worse, you encouraged your students to follow you like
sheep over the cliff. Now, they too can enjoy the loads of spam that they'll be
receiving, and they have you to thank for it.

Perhaps you owe your students a little research on steps one should take to avoid being
inundated with spam! Consider that your assignment for this quarter, from a former P/T
instructor at the Community College level.
