Using Word 2007 on a PC with Vista: Using the exact same settings to add a
new source in Citations and Bibliography's ADD A NEW SOURCE.... CREATE SOURCE
using the APA style...
I enter many sources and the in-text citation appears correctly:
Surname, A.A. - the in-text citation reads correctly (Surname, DATE)
I enter a source and use exactly the same format as the others, but
inconsistently, the in-text citation appears with the title (simple to
correct by EDIT CITATION and suppress the title), but if ONE of the author's
initials appear I cannot correct it:
I enter:
Another, A.A. - the in-text citations reads incorrect (Another A., DATE)
I deleted the entry and tried again, I added more spaces, less spaces, with
and without fullstops. It seems we have an inconsistency here.
