I'm trying to use the citation feature on ms word 2008. When I double click on the citation to add to my document, it only gives me the short format (author, article). I like to know how you can change it so that the long format would come out. Thanks.

The long form will come out if you are additng the citation to a
footnote. If you need the long form elsewhere, create a Bibliography
and copy the data.
