Citations Greyed-Out

I have installed Word2007 from the Office Enterprise Edition. On the
Citations & Bibliography section on the ribbon, Manage Sources, Style and
Bibliography are greyed out. The only reference I can find states that if
document is marked as final, these are unavailable, does not apply.

I have tried to repair installation, and looked at options. No luck. Does
anyone have an answer?
