The Word citation manager has a listing for "Book Section" which formats OK for short things such as poems or chapters. However, there are a large number of anthologies that have complete works in them, works that need to be underlined in MLA Style, not put in quotation marks.
Perhaps you can add a menu selection for Long Work in a Book and make the format routine underline it instead of using quotation marks.
This is an important issue for students who often use large anthologies of literature which from which they must cite entire plays or books.
