Citrix Metaframe and Outlook/Exchange 2000 Problem

Hello,

I am trying to solve a problem where most of our users
cannot log into their exchange mailbox when they are
connected to a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 session. It has
always worked fine up until this week. The log into
Citrix, get a desktop screen, double click on Outlook and
they are in...until Monday morning. Strangely, when I log
in as administrator or myself (with administrator
privileges) or the other network admin., we can get into
Outlook as usual. What hapens to the regular users is
that they get prompted for a username, domain name, and
password. The correct credentials are supplied and we
click OK, but then each time we get the following error:

"The logon credentials supplied were incorrect. Make sure
your username and domain are correct, then type your
password again" I try and type it again, and still get
the same error message. If I click cancel, then I get the
message "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The
attempt to logon to the Microsoft Exhange server has
failed" All you can do is click OK button and it closes
Outlook.

I thought it might have been a rights issue, so I
temporarily put the Domain Users group as a member of
Domain Admins and tested it and still had the same problem
(and I had logged off the sesion and back on again).

Any help you can provide would be appreciated. We are
getting ready to move to Terminal Server 2003, but not for
a bit, so Id really like to solve this problem if i can.
Thanks for your help.
