Okay, this one's detailed.
Citrix Farm, 400 users, MDB front end, SQL back end, multiple locations, etc.
Only specific printers supported by Citrix, of course. All other printers
use the UPD (Universal Print Driver)
Customer was recently upgraded from Access 2000 front ends to Access 2003
front ends. No changes were made to the reports themselves other than the
general conversion.
Before the upgrade, the UPD was working fine with these reports. People
were able to print to all kinds of non-support printers, like All-In-Ones,
etc.
Now, after upgrading to Access 2003, the UPD is printing these print jobs
all jumbled where the letters and numbers have lost their fonts and overlap
eachother.
If anyone can help let me know. I can provide detailed examples, more
specific details, etc. This is a huge problem since there's so many users
with these stupid printers.
Thanx in advance!!!!
