City State Zip List

Anyone know where I can get a csv (or mdb for that matter) of every
city/state/ZIP? I'm really not up to doing that sort of data entry.

I don't know about US, but Australia Post have a downloadable CSV version of
all subub/zip codes across australia - maybe one of your US postal services
has the same thing? Try one of their web sites.

Unfortunately, it's just not that easy here. They want you to subscribe to a
service (which I'm not willing to do right now) or use their web API (which
I'm also not willing to do right now given the limited scope of the
project).

Even a list of State/City/County without the ZIP codes would suit my needs.

This is a good one. It contains state and county codes as well as Lat and
Long.
It's the first free one I've seen that does not have a lot of duplicates.

Near the bottom with a current date.

www.kjlsoftware.com has a csv file per your specification.
