Clarion -> Access

I have to covert a Clarion database to MS Access 97.
I have not the Clarion software, but I have of course MS Access 97 - and
newer.
How can I import the Clarion data into the tables in Access?
Do I need some commercial sw (where to buy), or not?

You need the Clarion software and hope it has some method
of 'exporting' data in some common format, e.g. comma
delimited.
You could try looking at the Clarion database and see if
you can figure out how the data is stored - but I don't
think you will have much luck with that. You should be
able to find Clarion on Ebay.

That was exactly the answer I did NOT hope for. Is it impossible to
ODBC-connect to a Clarion db?
Anyway - I have to accept hard facts. But I still hope I do not have to
learn Clarion...:)

I was just looking at the Clarion web site yesterday, but
I have never used Clarion. Clarion has an ODBC driver, so
if you are on a PC that has that driver you should be able
to connect to it from Access since Access can connect to
any ODBC database.
