Clean install vs upgrade from 2003 to 2007 bugs?

Are there any known bugs in regards to having a clean install of 2007 as
opposed to going from 2003 to 2007?

I noticed that my "views" (I'll attach a screen shot after I get Photoshop
and my FTP software installed) change frequently. If I view reset it, it
resets to exactly how I want it. If I close and re-open it reverts back to
this crappy view that I really dislike.

Any ideas if this is the case or am I just doing something wrong?

Open Outlook with the /cleanviews switch
It's advisable to create a new profile after upgrading to 2007 (as it
has been for every Outlook upgrade).
