Clean up project server database permissions

Is there a way to limit an admin person from deleting resources under section
1. Specify the items you want to delete without removing the entire
permission.

Granting the permission allows a user to delete any object listed on the
page. There is no way to restrict the permission to delete only certain
objects on the list. It's an all or nothing proposition. Hope this helps.
