cleanfreebusy does not work

The server is Outlook 2003. My desktop Outlook is 2007. When it put up the
message that it could not save free/busy information, I reran the desktop
Outlook with cleanfreebusy. It did not work. Is there anything else that
can be tried? Is there a bug?
