Cleaning the Incomplete and Inconsistent database

Richard

Hi,

I would like to find out what is the best way to clean up
the incomplete and inconsistent database which has 16,000
plus records.

We are working out standard inputting procedures in a
week. We are thinking to verify every record with a hard-
copy file we kept in our filing system. I would like to
find out any tools that available in the market or with
the MS access.

Please advice.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, I doubt there is any tools (except human powers) that can
help you to validate MS Access Records against hard-copies.

Nothing but humans can determine if existing records are inconsistent or
incomplete at this time.
duplicate queries might help with some problems.
