Clear a cell content (for graph usage)

If you clear a cell, the value of a cleared cell is 0 (zero), and
formula that refers to that cell receives a value of 0.

If I want to plot a graph, the 0 (zero) value is used... How can w
hide the 0 (zero) value:confused
