Clear all data from an Access database

Hi there,
I will much appreciate some help.
How do I clear all info in an Access database ?
The structure in the database is good, I just want to
reuse it. Get ride of old data an put new info into it.

Go to each table. Select all records. Press delete key. If you have
permissions to all data this will work fine.

This fully discussed in Access's help files.
