Clear All Un-Pinned Docs in MRU List?

Hello All,

Is there a way to clear only the Un-Pinned documents from the MRU lists in
Office 2007 WITHOUT having to:
(a) edit the registry
(b) go to options, setting the MRU list size to 0, then back to whatever you
want again?
