clear color image on a newspaper

Hi, please, I need to know how can I edit my photos on a CS2
photoshop, to come clear on a newspaper, i.e prepress printing, i work
on it several times, sometimes became darker, sometimes lighter,
sometimes noisy..

You need to have a good ICC profile like the SNAP profile installed and
available for PhotoShop to use. Then you have to have a monitor
calibrator so that you can make sure that the monitor displays what you
expect. Once those are done then you can adjust the photo to your liking.

Best bet, let the printer adjust it. Just take the picture or create the
art and let the printer adjust it for you.
