Clear follow up Flag on Tasks

I use Outlook 2007. Over wknd switched fm Exchange to hard drive. Ported
over most of my data, except for Tasks. Had to enter them new.

For some reason, all Tasks now automatically get a "follow up" flag
attached. Never happened before, and I do not want that. In additon, when I
go to Tasks there is nor "clear flag" option. You have to mark task as
complete to get rid of the flag. However task is not complete. On lene Help
no help; only addresses messages and contacts.

Any ideas how I can supress flags getting automatically set on Tasks??
