Clear Hyperlink cache

I just went to insert a hyperlink in an Excel document (though the
exact same thing happens in Word, so it must be a shared Office file
I'm dealing with).

Anyway, at the top of the dialog box, there is the field "Link to:"
which opens into a drop-down box containing a list of URLs.

Does anybody have a clue how the heck can I clear/delete that list of
URLs?

Thanks,
Phil

Actually, after a little work, let me refine my question:

Does anyone know how can I clear the "Web Toolbar History"? Maybe this
is a better description! I'm using Office 2004.

Thanks,
Phil

I believe the only way you can do that is to quit Office, then go to
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/ and drag the file
"com.microsoft.Office.prefs.plist" to the trash. Unfortunately, that will
also reset any other general office-wide preferences you may have set.

Thanks,

Pat
