Clearing a forgotten password

I have a secured database, one of the users has forgotten
her password.
1. How can I reset it without affecting the other users?
2. How can I create a print out of all the users & their
passwords?

You can go into the Tools/Security/User and Group Accounts.

Find the desired user and click the "Clear Password" button.

You can't get a printout of them.

First of all RickB, thanks for your quick reply and that
did it. But how do I assign her a new password?
(I login now with her UID & it allows me access without
prompting me for a new pw).

While she is logged in (or you for her) go to tools/security/user snd group
accounts then click the last tab (change logon password).

Depending on your application and the menus you've built, your users should
be able to do this themselves.
