Clearing Automatic Name Checking/Suggestion

Does anyone know how to clear the memory setting for automatic name
checking? When it suggests an email address, it gives me an old one
or incorrect one from my outlook that is no longer in my Contacts and
it's frustrating.

Please advise, I've already tried turning the settings on and off with
no luck.
