Hi all,
I work at a company that uses a mix of Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 installed
on Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines in Exchange 2000 and 2003
environment. We also have Mac users that are using Entourage 2004 which is
also linked to our Exchange servers. We are in the process or implementing a
centralized Help Desk system that will generate automatic responses. We have
been using a distribution group that was located in our Global Address List
for everyone in the company to send us technical support requests, outside of
the help desk system. We have been told that in order for the automatic
responses to go through to our users, we need to clear out the GAL
distribution group name from all of our user's cache. Is there are way to do
a system-wide cache clearing of this one address only from our users'
accounts? Maybe a group policy? I would appreciate anyone's useful thoughts
on this.
Thank you!
