Click "Agree and Install" Office 2003 SP1 nothing happens. Ideas?

I've reinstalled Office 2003 student/teacher edition after a computer crash
and the usual problems that follow. Office now works fine, but won't accept
the service pack 1 update. The "Agree and Install" button clicks OK but
nothing happens. Software legit, bought, registered, etc. Grateful any ideas.
