Click on hyperlink in HTML email - Outlook 2000

The subject pretty much says it; the problem is, when I
do it it doesn't work. It does it when the email is not
HTML formatted.

Thanks in advance for your help. This has been driving
me nuts for about 6 months.

System = Windows XP Pro, IE 6 with latest SP's, have had
Netscape 4 and 6 installed but don't anymore.
