"Click to Activate to use this Control" - a way to MouseOver?

Not sure of this is a FP 2003 issue or a FLASH issue. I designed a FLASH
Movie with Sound for my Main Page. Inserted the .SWF file in a FRAME. I have
a control to turn the sound OFF/ON ... It all loads fine when the page is
launched. However to click on the OFF controller, I have to first click in
the frame (white outlined when hover over it), then click on the OFF button
.... a 2-step process. Is there a way to not force the first click on the
frame? that is, when the MOUSE goes into the frame, it is already selected so
that you only have to click the OFF button?

Thanks so much...

This is a IE browser change based on a lawsuit.

That action of clicking on the object to activate it is a new security
feature of your browser (IE). It is there so that the browser doesn't load
activeX and so on willy nilly, and gives the user the choice instead. It
does this for Flash and ActiveX and probably java applets etc (any type of
browser pluggin, that could contain malicious code)
