Clicking a URL doesn't open default browser

In an Access 2002 database, clicking a URL in a form (or in a table)
opens Microsoft Internet Explorer, even though my default browser for
all file types is Netcaptor. Clicking a URL in all other Microsoft
Office XP applications opens NetCaptor. Is there a way I can make
Access open NetCaptor as well?

I'm running the Office XP suite under Windows 2000 Professional.
