i'm having an issue with email addresses inserted into the body of an email.
once you click on the address (it appears to be hyperlinked) it opens up the
box "locate link browser".

i've seen the threads stating an html link opens the same box... but thats
not my problem. if i open a new email... type in my own email address and
send it to myself... open that email & click on my email address... it pops
up the new email message box. but when someon else sent me an email with
email addresses in the body of the email...when i click on that email addy...
the "locate link browser" box pops up. help!!

the locate link browser comes up when the urls are not properly registered.
It doesn't matter if its http or mailto - you need to reset the browser
settings and it should work.
