This just started today, but when I run my cursor over a hyperlink that was sent to me, I can no longer just click on it and it take me to the page.

Instead I now have to copy URL address even though the link is underlined blue.

Is there a setting that just got turned off somewhere? I'm not sure how this just happened today.

My experience is that this problem comes and goes. Most of the time I can
click on links and they'll work, but every once in a while I am forced to
copy the link and paste it into my browser.

Shut your computer down tonight and restart it in the morning. See if the
problem goes away.

Entourage should recognize hyperlinks when they begin with "http://..."
or "https://". If you're receiving these in a complex E-mail message
with tables, forms, stylesheets, etc., then those may make the links
indecipherable to Entourage.

Entourage will not recognize links that are just "www.example.com". You
can Command-click those to open them in your default browser.

Hope this helps!
