clicking on hyperlinks in my e-mail stopped - Vista Home Premium

Just recently, I cannot open any hyperlinks within e-mails. I get the
"...cancelled due to restrictions on this computer..." message. I have Vista
Home edition and Internet Explorer 8. I have made sure that my default
browser is IE8. No help. Any other ideas?

This worked!!! Thank you Ben. I had to edit the registry. I had
uninstalled Chrome and apparently that was the problem.
