Clicking Reply sends the message

Clicking Reply sends the message as if I had pushed the sent button
instead. This is one user in Corporate environment with XP SP1 on the
desktop running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. Only one user is having
the issue. No rules, no hardware issues that I can detect.
