Client can't submit a form

Several customers have emailed me informing me that when they press the submit form they are being presented with a form asking them for username and password. This can be seen by trying to submit the newsletter request form on the index page of: http://www.book-holidays-direct.com

Any idea's as to why this should start to happen as it was ok last week.

Hi Fred,

Contact your ISP / WPP to have the permission / FP Server Extension checked.

Check permissions on the folder that the form is posting to.
