Client Certificates

Hi, I´m using SSL and now I want to require client certificates but I've
found myself with these problems:

1) Sharepoint alone works well, but when I open project server it says
"there is a problema trying to comunicate with..." in Risk and Problems.

2) I can´t log on to Project Professional.

I've read that Project Server does not work well with certificates but I
hope sharepoint at least does.

Please help!!
