I need help with this, how can I vinculate projects that belong to the same
client? I used to work with dotProject and it had the "Client Concept" with
would show you all projects associated to them, I also would like to have all
files from different projects but of the same client within the same
sharepoint repositry.
Is any of this things posible?

Thanks in advance,

Fernando

hi Fermando,

In regards to your first question, you will need to set up an Enterprsie
Outline Code called "Client". You need to maintain this outline code with a
list of your clients. Every Project you publish in Project Server will need
to be associated with the client ( under Project Inforamtion). You can
compare an outline code with a Project Attribute. Based on this attribute you
then have the ability to generate Project Center views per client ( which
will group the projects per client) and even report on them via the Portfolio
Analyser.

In regards to your second question, unfortunatly Project Server 2003 does
only generate Project Workspaces, not "Client" Workspaces as such.
Alternetafly You can create a Client site in windows SharePoint Services and
generate links to to the Project workspaces. This may comes close to what you
need.

I hope this helps
