Client Migration Issues

We are upgrading the office from a peer-to-peer network to a Windows 2003 SBS
network. A particular client has been having difficulty upgrading from
Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. When she logs on to the server a script starts
the Outlook migration proceess and continues until it is canceled. What could
be causing this problem and how do I go about fixing it. If I start Outlook
again it says the program must start in Safe Mode.
