clip art appears as jpg filename

When I open the clip gallery, I see thumbnails of my local clipart and online
clipart. If I click on an online clip to insert it, my Office 2003 programs
insert a filename instead of the picture. I am running Windows XP
Professional HELP!

Does pressing Alt+F9 help? If so, press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to be sure the clip
art is embedded in your document.

Thanks for the idea Suzanne, but the Alt+F9 does not help. It simply changes
the file name to a placeholder that says {EMBED Object}. When I tried
Ctrl+Shift+F9, it changed back to the jpg filename. Let me know if you know
of anything else I can try!

In that case, you've inserted it incorrectly somehow, but you'll have to
wait for Mary Sauer to come tell you how to do it, as I use online clip art
infrequently, and when I do I always download it according to the site
instructions and then insert it from my HD.

The only solution I can come up with is your temporary cache is full. In
Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.
