Clip art "broken"

After installing Office XP (the one that is essentially Office 2000), I
found that the clip art function doesn't work. I get an error "cannot finish
operation, interface not registered." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling
the clip art, but no luck. Has anybody else had this specific problem?
